Well, it’s been over a year now, since I had my slip on ice. And my back is still killing me. You would think by now, the pain would have went away. No. Not me. Somehow, I’ve managed to stay in pain all this time. 😦 I can barely exercise, due to it. Blake says to take pain meds before my workouts. That’s a great idea. But, what happens if I get addicted? Or the fact that my body will become used to the medication, so that I no longer benefit from it (building up a tolerance)? Blah. This sucks.
I was thinking about calling my family doctor up and asking to get shots in my back again. At least they helped, somewhat.
